Cortac (Pty) Ltd and its associated Companies / subsidiaries / portfolios / subgroup(s) (as fully described in our Section 51 Manual and for ease of reference herein referred to as “Cortac”) are committed to data protection and the right to privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which Personal Information collected from a Data Subject or that a Data Subject provides is processed.

As a responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 and the Regulations thereto (the “Act”), we shall use our best endeavours to ensure that Personal Information is processed as required by the Act.
